I have always been enamored with horses and have marveled at their elegance, beauty, strength, and spirit. Like you, I've known the deep trust and connection that can be fostered with these majestic animals. My lifelong interest led me to study equine science at Colorado State University and later to graduate from the Northwest School of Horseshoeing in Walla Walla, Washington.

Many decades have passed since my high school photography class and developing countless rolls of 35mm Fujifilm a darkroom, but I still remember the exciting rodeo action in grainy black and white prints of my first real project shoot. 

As an instructional designer, I have been able to incorporate photography and videography into my career. Extensive world travel and wildlife photography helped me hone my digital photography skills.  

Happy phone pics are great for documenting everyday spontaneous experiences, but they rarely carry the artistic qualities of a professionally finished image suitable for permanent display in your home or office. 

My goal is to work with you and your horse to help create that lasting definitive  image. The one that manages to freeze that expressive moment that warms, excites, or dazzles your heart...forever!
